- Do you accept purchase orders from companies, libraries, schools, etc?
Yes! Please either email or fax your purchase orders. Unfortunately, all orders must be paid in advance. We do not offer terms.

- What is your return policy?
(1) If you receive a course that is defective in any way, we will immediately fix the problem by partial or complete replacement at our own cost.
(2) If you purchase a course but for some reason decide to not keep the course - and the course has not been opened or used - you may return the course at your own expense for a 95% refund of the purchase price - less shipping and handling.
(3) Unfortunately because of the ease of copying CDs and CD-ROMs, we are unable to accept returns of any opened courses. We will accept your Pimsleur courses as a buy back for the amounts detailed in the Buy-Back policy.
(4)If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to see what arrangements can be made to remedy the situation. We would rather assist you than to lose a valued customer.

- Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, but only if the billing address that you use is in the State of Oklahoma.

Yes. Please choose the USPS shipment option when placing your order to avoid delay in shipment.

Yes, definitely. We use 128-bit secure encryption. This means that your personal information will not be seen by others as the order is placed.

- What is your privacy policy?
We do not share, sell, give away, or use your personal information for any reason other than administrative purposes (e.g. to fulfill an order completely). You will probably be automatically placed on our emailing list and may receive emails from time to time, but can choose to not receive those at any time.

- Do you have other language courses for sale that are not on your website?
No. We do, however, have a good knowledge of many courses on the market today and would be happy to provide guidance to you in making additional purchases to further your language learning.
